Immediately lodge a refund/return requests through the mmaraka website or app

You have 14 days after receipt of your order within which to lodge a complaint and or return your order back to us should you not be satisfied or should there be a damage in your order. Your refund will be sent by Mmaraka to the payment method to which you used to make your order. Kindly read our broader Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy for further information

You will find a link on the Mmaraka webpages and mobile app that states “Track Your Order” . Follow that link and provide your order number to see a live update of the whereabouts of your order. Alternatively, an automated email will be sent to you every time there is a shift or progress in your order.

At Mmaraka, we care about our environment and try as much as we can to minimize waste. Your order will come beautifully packaged with its contents fully secured

Delivery on Mmaraka takes 2 to 5 working days after it has arrived from the seller to us; Seller has a 7 day leadtime. Leadtime will not be required if the item purchased is from our retail department or is stored in our warehouse. In exceptional circumstances, Our customer service team will contact you to let you be aware of any delays or setbacks.
