The vineyard, located at the southern extremity of Pommard near Volnay, benefits from calcareous clay soils with white marls. The 2017 vintage involved handpicking, fermentation in temperature-controlled conical oak vats for 18 to 21 days, and aging in oak barrels (20–30% new) for 14 to 16 months.
